About the series

Magic with a lone pianist on the grand stage – raw, sensitive, powerful and deeply engaging. The brightest stars of the international piano world come to Konserthuset, this time including three exciting debutants and two familiar faces. Alongside Grigory Sokolov – a returning favourite each season – and the esteemed French pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard, we welcome rising stars Yeol Eum Son from South Korea, Giorgi Gigashvili from Georgia (one of this season’s ECHO Rising Stars), and Chinese-American pianist Zee Zee.
